Reiter Companies has served the construction industry for over 25 years by providing accounting and business consulting services to contractors and developers. Wayne Reiter, CPA, CPC<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n

Wayne founded the Reiter Companies to be a firm set apart by its unique knowledge and insight regarding construction operations. Prior to starting the Reiter Companies, he was Co-founder and President of one of the largest general contractors in Dallas. Through his time running construction projects, Wayne developed expertise in areas such as conceptual estimating, job scheduling, cost control, project management, design\/build, and self performance of large and complicated concrete structures, and executive oversight.<\/p>\n

Wayne has served as an expert witness and is a frequent guest lecturer at various colleges & universities. He is a member of the Industry Advisory Board at the University of North Texas and was a National Board of Directors Member and Executive Committee Member for the American Institute of Constructors.<\/p>\n

Wayne is a graduate of the University of North Texas and is a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC). He is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.<\/p>\n

Michael Rivers, CPA<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Michael is a Principal at the Reiter Companies. Over the course of his career, he has served as a corporate controller, overseen internal audit functions, and offered public accounting services in audit and tax.<\/p>\n

Michael has over 35 years of experience in accounting, and he has been solely focused on providing public accounting services to the construction industry for 20 years.<\/p>\n

Michael holds a Masters of Business Administration, and he is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by the state of Texas.<\/p>\n

Eric Reiter, CPA, P.E., CPC<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n

Eric is a Principal at the Reiter Companies. He has spent his career in the real estate and construction industries including work as a real estate developer, design engineer, and construction project manager.<\/p>\n

Eric’s construction project experience has ranged from small tenant finish-outs to campus developments comprised of multiple high-rise structures. He has provided litigation support on multi-million dollar disputes and implemented project controls for billion-dollar construction programs. As an owner’s representative, Eric has hired general contractors and managed their contracts from mobilization through closeout.<\/p>\n

Eric is a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Baylor University’s Mechanical Engineering Department. He is licensed as both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas. He is also a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC).<\/p>\n
